Maintenance is where most management companies lose landlords — and tenants. We log every repair job from first report to final sign-off, and we track it to completion. Tenants raise issues through our repair portal at hankinrealestate.co.uk/tenant-portal; we triage, instruct, and confirm resolution. Nothing falls through the floor. Landlords receive written confirmation when work closes, not a vague assurance it has been dealt with.
